Roger Gallivan graduated Cum Laude from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (Accounting). Roger has served clients in a wide range of industries and has developed expertise in the health sciences and technology, manufacturing and distribution, and nonprofit industries. Roger’s approach to serving clients is simple, he listens to what you want and finds solutions and services to simplify your life.
Roger heads the firm’s Audit, M&A and Business Advisory Practice. Roger’s professional experience includes auditing and reviewing financial statements of privately held organizations, implementing Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, performing internal control analysis and operational assessments for private companies and conducting transaction due diligence.
Roger is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPA’s. He has served on the Board of Director’s of Ballet Internationale, was a co-founder of a national firms’ community outreach program that worked with a variety of philanthropic organizations and is active in his church. Roger enjoys running, golfing and traveling with his wife Elysia and daughter Bridget.
